Require multi-factor authentication for Provider Staff and Client Administrators, use Adaptive MFA for Client Users, independently verify a secondary factor every 30 days, and require passwords of at least 14 characters containing letters, numbers, and special characters. Longer unique passwords or passphrases are encouraged. Routine password expiration is not recommended.
